Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located for those visiting the Duke area, with easy access to medical centers and dining options. The rooms offer a useful table with two chairs but are affected by noisy air conditioning units. Overall, a good choice for those with specific appointments or interests in the area.
The hotel is perfectly located, right across from Duke University Hospital, making it convenient for visitors. The rooms were clean and modern, although there was a hint of cigarette smoke in the hallway. The lack of complimentary breakfast was a downside, but overall, it's a decent choice for the price.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were nice but not very roomy, and some felt cramped and uncomfortable. On the bright side, it seems they were just remodeled. The service was quite good and they do offer dry cleaning and a shuttle service, which was a plus. The location was very close to Duke University Hospital, which could be convenient for many, but not ideal for visiting Duke Law School. The dining options were a bit pricey for what was offered, although the food was prepared by a great chef. Overall, it was a decent stay with its ups and downs.
